rom my own experience I know how time consuming, and what hard work it can be to set up an interesting and well designed website. For this reason, I created the Ciara's Award for Website Creativity to honor those great sites that show that much personality, love and creativity has been poured into it.
Here are the criteria that will be used in selecting winners:
The site must be more than a list of links
"Safe for kids"-site, i.e. no violence, no discrimination, no obscenity or adult material!
No broken links, not full of typing errors
Acceptable loading time
Though I love to be surprised by "special effects" on a website, I prefer sites without everything blinking or moving
Please do not apply for our award if your images (photos and graphics) are overly compressed so that they come out blurred
Content must be fun and/or informational
....and I just have to like the site enough that I would love to come back soon (my personal preference!)
