The Ragdoll Profile
n the following sketches I have tried to capture examples of the most common faults in the Ragdoll profile compared to the ideal standard profile. Note: all faults may appear to a different extend and in combination with any other fault.

Correct Profile:
ppearance of a flat plane between the ears. A light curve in the upper third of nose, round muzzle of medium length, well developed chin. |

ose too straight, pointed chin (often such a chin is also too small, but it is easier to see when viewed from the front than only in profile. A cat like this in general has way too small a head). |

ersian like head. Top of the head and forehead pronouncedly rounded, clear stop (strong indentation between forehead and nose), flat short face, the corners of the mouth pulling downwards. |

ot exactly a profile fault but just as important to avoid - a so-called "pinch" (visible lines to distinctive indentations on the outer edges of the whiskerpads - see arrows/dotted lines). |
