oot Beer Bandit has been a truly wonderful Ragdoll and has been a joy and a delight to show. He has a very sweet personality and is very easy for the judges to handle.
e was named Root Beer Bandit because of the seal coloring which is the color of Root Beer and Bandit because he appears to be wearing a dark mask. He is the only Ragdoll that I know of who has achieved the highest title in all 3 major US Cat Associations.
- Supreme Grand in TICA
- Quad Grand in ACFA
- Grand Premier in CFA
n 1999 he won the Kauffman Trophy for Best Ragdoll Alter in the RFCI (Ragdoll Fanciers Club International). In 2000 he was the highest scoring Ragdoll Alter in the RFCI but was ineligible to win the Kauffman Trophy due to having won it the previous year. He has had a very distinguished career in CFA having been the first Ragdoll Premier and Grand Premier in CFA. In 1999 at the CFA International show which had 1350 cats entered, he was Best of the Best Ragdoll Premier in the show and again won the honor at the International in 2000.
olly Farms is a very small cattery located in Bloomington, Minnesota, home of the world's largest Mall, called Mall America. Holly Farms was started in 1989 when we lived in Beaverton, Oregon. We have only 3 queens and 1 stud. This proves that you do not have to be a large cattery to produce winning Ragdolls.
